UPDATE: Decatur police identify victim, suspect charged with murder after shooting on 5th Avenue

Decatur Police have identified the victim and suspect in a deadly shooting Thursday outside the 5th Avenue Food Mart.

Police say Dontay Jamar Garner died in the shooting.
