ILM holding food drive for government workers amid shutdown

WILMINGTON, N.C. (WECT) – The Wilmington International Airport (ILM) Aerospace Foundation is holding a food drive.

The drive is specifically to assist government workers and their families amid the shutdown, according to ILM’s Facebook page.

Items requested include:

  • Peanut butter
  • Soups
  • Pasta
  • Rice
  • Shampoo
  • Soap
  • Deodorant
  • Toothpaste
  • Paper goods
  • Cleaning supplies
  • Canned meats
  • Fruits
  • Vegetables
