CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (KCRG) – One person was injured in a shooting near a Cedar Rapids elementary school Friday during trick-or-treating.
At approximately 6:26 p.m. Friday, authorities responded to a shooting in the 6600 block of 1st Avenue West, near West Willow Elementary School.
