LUBBOCK, Texas (FUMC News Release) – First United Methodist Church (FUMC) will host their 32nd Annual Community Thanksgiving Dinner on Saturday, November 1, from 11:30am to1:30 pm at First United Methodist Church, 1411 Broadway (13th Street and Avenue N) in Lubbock.
The event is free of charge and open to everyone in the community, offering a traditional Thanksgiving meal including turkey and dressing with sides, a role, a drink and a dessert.
Volunteers will prepare and serve the meal, and First United Methodist Church welcomes anyone who would like to lend a hand by ushering, greeting, serving, plate running and assisting in clean up.
