BOSSIER CITY, La. — The Halloween spirit is fully alive on Rolling Meadows Road, where a local couple has transformed their home into an elaborate New Orleans-style graveyard.
For the fifth consecutive year, Greg and his wife have gone all-out, creating a detailed display for the neighborhood. The decorations include a custom-built fence, authentic-looking street signs, and an array of handmade monsters.
