The City of Sioux Falls will close several streets and sidewalks starting Monday, November 3, 2025, for construction and repairs. These closures will affect traffic and pedestrian routes in different areas. Work is expected to finish within a week, depending on the weather.
On November 3, 469th Avenue will close between 57th Street and 65th Street for paving. Southbound traffic will detour to South Galway Avenue and West 65th Street. Northbound traffic will use West 65th Street and South Galway Avenue. This closure should end by Tuesday, November 4, 2025.
