SPOKANE, Wash. — The Salvation Army of Spokane will partner with Walmart for an emergency food drive Saturday as local food pantries struggle to meet growing demand from families facing financial hardship.
The drive will run from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Walmart location at 2301 W. Wellesley Ave.
Community members can donate nonperishable food items to help restock The Salvation Army’s Hope Market food pantries…
