NORRISTOWN — As he continued to maintain his innocence in front of supportive relatives and friends, a Skippack Township man who worked as a licensed massage therapist was sentenced to a stint behind bars on charges he had indecent contact with a female client while he worked at a King of Prussia spa.
Dominique “Dom” Kossally, 34, of the 4000 block of Lantern Lane, was sentenced in Montgomery County Court to 11½ to 23 months in the county jail for charges of aggravated indecent assault and indecent assault in connection with a Sept. 14, 2023, incident that occurred while he was working at Spavia along Main Street in King of Prussia.
Judge Thomas M. DelRicci also ordered Kossally to complete five years of probation consecutive to parole, meaning Kossally will be under court supervision for about seven years. Kossally will be under sex offender supervision while serving the sentence…
