HGTV’s Dream Home sweepstakes draws hundreds of millions of entries yearly. And for 2026, the channel’s project house will be located in North Carolina.
This year, the sweepstakes kicks off on Dec. 16, 2025, at 9 a.m. and ends Feb. 13, 2026, at 5 p.m. A television special will appear on HGTV, showcasing the fully furnished, custom-built home in North Carolina. At the moment, however, the “Dream Home” in question hasn’t yet received its finishing touches.
