LEO-CEDARVILLE, Ind. (WPTA) – A ribbon-cutting held in Leo-Cedarville on Friday celebrated the reopening of the Grabill Road Bridge.
Officials with the Allen County Board of Commissioners, Allen County Highway Department, and Town of Leo-Cedarville joined community members along the St. Joseph River for the ceremony.
