(KRON) — A 14-year-old Pinole boy was arrested for allegedly taking part in an auto theft spree that spanned across numerous incidents over a four-day span, said the Berkeley Police Department.

BPD said its officers responded to the intersection of Adeline Street and Ashby Avenue at 10:47 p.m. Monday to investigate a report of a car window smashed.
“Based on the description of the suspect and specific manner of the crime, officers believed this may have been done by a teen suspected of committing numerous crimes over the past 3-4 days,” said Berkeley police in a statement to KRONN4.
