Three East Tennessee restaurants in the running for prestigious Michelin honors

KNOXVILLE, Tenn. — Chefs from three East Tennessee restaurants were recently invited to attend a ceremony launching the prestigious Michelin Guide rankings for restaurants in the Southeast.

Chefs Joseph Lenn, owner of J.C. Holdway, Laurence Faber, co-owner of Potchke Deli, and Trevor Stockton, Executive Chef at Maryville’s RT Lodge, have all been asked to travel to Greenville, South Carolina for the launch of Michelin’s Southeast Guide.
