WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. (CBS12) — This week, CBS12’s Liz Quirantes hosted the annual Palm Beach “Advocates for Children Award”, which honors individuals making a difference for kids in foster care in our community. The cause is one that’s very close to Quirantes’ heart.
