MENASHA, Wis. (WFRV) – Officers in the Menasha area are looking for a missing 22-year-old man who left his home late Halloween night and has not been seen since.
According to a Facebook post from the Menasha Police Department, officers are looking for Jorge L. Jara-Cagal, who is reportedly non-verbal and suffers from other cognitive delays.

Jara-Cagal left his Menasha home on foot between 10 and 11 p.m. on October 31. He was wearing gray sweatpants, a green long-sleeve shirt, and a black short-sleeve T-shirt.
Jorge is described as 5’9″ and roughly 160 pounds, with longer hair than shown in the photo and a beard.
