That was the message Gov. JB Pritzker delivered earlier in the week as he urged Department of Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem to suspend federal immigration enforcement in the city over the holiday weekend.
Unfortunately for this man and the little trick-or-treater next to him, Chicago’s hoodlums didn’t hear the governor’s pitch about Halloween safety.
