Scotia resident hands out groceries instead of candy in the midst of SNAP funding cuts

Capital Region, N.Y. (News10) — Tonight, as families fill the streets for Halloween, one local resident is swapping candy for groceries. She’s turning trick or treat into a mission to fight hunger amid SNAP benefit cuts.
