Biltmore Village stores host grand reopening weekend, more than a year after Helene

ASHEVILLE – Two of the latest stories of revival and resilience after being battered by Tropical Storm Helene come from Finch Grocery and White Lotus Boutique in the historic Biltmore Village.

Both businesses were submerged by floodwaters when the Swanannoa River crested at 27.33 feet and rushed through the district, which was established at the turn of the 20th century, at the entrance of Biltmore Estate.
