COLUMBIA, S.C. (WIS/Gray News) – A woman in South Carolina won $500,000 off a scratch-off ticket because of a clerk’s mistake.
The South Carolina Education Lottery said the woman had bought a $10 scratch-off ticket at a Piggly Wiggly in Columbia.
