FORT WAYNE, Ind. (WANE) — Powers Hamburgers in downtown Fort Wayne was forced to open later than normal Saturday after a window at the restaurant was smashed in overnight.
A series of Facebook posts made by the restaurant said the lobby and dine-in areas were closed for a time before reopening later in the day after the damaged window had been boarded up.
According to Fort Wayne Police, officers responded to Powers just after 9 a.m. An employee called to report someone had thrown an object through their window.
