MORGAN COUNTY, Ala. (WHNT) – A man is facing several charges in Morgan County following an overnight incident.
The Morgan County Sheriff’s Office said deputies tried to do a traffic stop on 44-year-old Carlos Edward Lopez on Highway 231 in Lacey’s Spring early on Saturday.
