MILTON, Fla. — Milton Police Chief Jennifer Frank hosted her first women’s self-defense course for the city on Saturday.
“Too many times as women we’re taught that we can’t fight back or that it’s wrong to use aggression or violence when someone is invading our space or doing something that makes us feel uncomfortable,” Frank said.
“This is an opportunity to show them that you do have power and strength to give the women the courage and a voice to be able to come back and combat those incidents where somebody might put them in a circumstance that they’re not comfortable with,” she added…
