ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. — The State Fairgrounds District Board has unanimously approved a $67.8 million predevelopment plan aimed at revitalizing Albuquerque’s International District.
The plan includes a 10-acre public park, pedestrian-friendly upgrades around the Fairgrounds, and the acquisition of additional property. The park will feature plazas, trails, play areas, restrooms, and stormwater management systems. Its exact location has not yet been determined…
