An operation conducted by the El Mirage and Glendale police departments has led to the arrest of three people and the seizure of a significant amount of fentanyl pills. According to FOX 10 Phoenix, the raid occurred on October 30 at a residence known for previous drug-related criminal activity, marking another check in the ledger of law enforcement’s ongoing battle against the opioid crisis.
More than 2,000 fentanyl pills were secured from the home near 126th Avenue and Thunderbird Road. “During the operation, three individuals were arrested, and over 2,000 fentanyl pills were seized from the residence along with 20 pieces of drug paraphernalia,” the El Mirage Police Department detailed in a release, obtained by FOX 10 Phoenix.
