LOUISVILLE, Ky. (WDRB) — A man was arrested for allegedly shooting a man outside a Valley Station liquor store on Saturday night.
According to court documents, surveillance footage shows 29-year-old Matthew Tarrance got in a verbal argument with a man standing outside Valley Liquors in the 5400 block of Valley Station Road.
The man then threw a cigarette butt onto Tarrance’s car which caused him to get out of the car and continue the argument…
