Boys & Girls Club of Collier County (BGCCC) announces that the Board of Directors unanimously named Paul Donahue as the next chief executive officer. BGCCC conducted its search process with the assistance of Boys & Girls Clubs of America’s CEO Search Team and the decision was effective on Sept. 15.
Donahue brings more than 25 years of executive management experience and a proven record of building high-performance teams, strengthening organizations, and fostering lasting community partnerships. Known for his strong leadership and collaborative approach, he has consistently driven growth and operational excellence across multiple industries.
The Boys & Girls Club of Collier County was founded in 1997 and serves nearly 3,500 children and teens each year through after-school programs and summer camps designed to help Club members learn, lead, and thrive.
