Live Eat Surf, a Wilmington-based hospitality group, is bringing its concept K38 Baja Grill to the Triangle for the first time this year. K38 will open at 20 Seaboard Ave., Suite B110, at Seaboard Station by December, according to reporting by the Triangle Business Journal.
This location will be the sixth for the K38 brand, joining existing locations in Oleander, Porters Neck, Carolina Beach and Independence.
