EL PASO, Texas (KFOX14/CBS4) — El Paso Community College (EPCC) celebrated Halloween with a haunted house, a costume contest, and a table decorating contest.
The event, organized in collaboration with the Northwest Dean’s office and the Northwest Library, was open to EPCC students, high school students and the community.
