TAMAQUA, Pa. (WKRC) – A group of ATV riders discovered human remains that reportedly belonged to a father that went missing 10 years ago under mysterious circumstances.
According to an email from the Pennsylvania State Police obtained by People, a group of ATV riders came upon partial human remains in July and reported it to police.
“As a result of laboratory analysis, the remains were positively identified as belonging to Jesse Lee Farber who was listed as a missing person from Tamaqua since 2015,” the email read…
