CLEVELAND (WJW) — Police believe a 51-year-old driver of an SUV, killed in a Saturday crash, may have experienced a medical emergency before the crash.
It happened just before noon near the intersection of Puritas Avenue and West 192nd Street, according to authorities.

A police spokesperson on Sunday said the driver, later identified by the Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner’s Office as 51-year-old Raid Yamil Elabd, of Lakewood, was headed east on Puritas Avenue when his SUV veered off the roadway and hit another vehicle stopped in the westbound lane…
