52 new firefighters join Nashville Fire Department after 1,000+ hours of training

NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WZTV) — The Nashville Fire Department (NFD) has welcomed 52 new firefighters following a graduation ceremony at Madison Church of Christ.

According to NFD, these recruits, including four Metro Nashville Police Officers, completed over 1,000 hours of training. The officers will return to the police department as licensed EMTs.
