Springfield teen raises money for Honor Flight of the Ozarks

SPRINGFIELD, Mo. – One local teen wanted to be a guardian on the last Honor Flight of the Ozarks of 2025, so he raised money to pay for his ticket.

Luke Lygrisse only had to raise $500, but ended up raising $2,000.

“I was looking for volunteer opportunities with our veterans and military personnel, and I was offered a slot as a guardian on this flight if I could raise the money for it,” Lygrisse said…
