WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) – The Wichita Rowing Association (WRA) hosted its 34th annual Frostbite Regatta on the Arkansas River on Sunday.
The WRA is a local nonprofit made up of people who love rowing. The organization promotes the sport in the Wichita area and gives those who might not excel at traditional athletics a way to enjoy a team experience.
