The Hawaiʻi Department of Health stated that all Women, Infants and Children (WIC) clinics in the state will stay open during the federal government shutdown. Services, including enrollment for new participants, will continue as usual. Families can still access food assistance and support.

Caregivers such as fathers, grandparents, and foster parents can also apply. Appointments are available online or by phone. All services remain unchanged as of October 2025…
