YANCEY COUNTY, N.C. (WLOS) — A murder warrant has been issued for a man in Yancey County after deputies found a woman deceased Sunday, law enforcement officials confirmed.
Henry Paul Deyton has been issued the warrant in connection with the death of Emma Gibbs Deyton, according to a release from the Yancey County Sheriff’s Office.
On the evening of Sunday, Nov. 2, deputies responded to Twilight Way in the Burnsville/South Toe community, where they found Emma Gibbs Deyton deceased, the release said.
