HAWKINS COUNTY, Tenn. (WJHL) — A woman was arrested after a shooting in the Phipps Bend Industrial Park area of Hawkins County on Saturday.
According to a news release from the Hawkins County Sheriff’s Office (HCSO), deputies found a man with gunshot wounds in the roadway.
