EVENDALE, Ohio (WXIX) – A dad is accused of being more than four times the legal limit with his two kids in the car when he caused a two-vehicle crash on Interstate 75 last month.
Hamilton County’s crime lab determined Paris Cooley’s blood alcohol level was 0.344 when the crash happened Oct. 15 on southbound I-75 at the Glendale Milford exit, Evendale police wrote in an affidavit.
Cooley, 31, of Forest Park, was arrested over the weekend on two counts of endangering children and one count each of OVI and OVI .240 or over.
