Pittsburgh EMS rescues 29 passengers after Monongahela Incline cars stall

PITTSBURGH — Two stalled Monongahela Incline cars prompted a multi-agency rescue on Oct. 31, with all 29 passengers safely evacuated and no injuries reported, officials said.
