CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (KCRG) – Loosies may be a small restaurant known for their loose meat sandwiches, but they’re looking to grow their team.
“We’re small, as you can see. So everybody shares in the duties,” said Owner Norm Wilkerson.
“We are a little short staffed right now, so we’re looking for people in basically two areas. Looking for someone to help staff us here at the restaurant. And also looking for someone who could also work with some duties on the food truck,” he added…
