Jackson County legislator wants tighter restrictions on unregulated gaming machines

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (KCTV) – Jackson County Legislator Manny Abarca is reintroducing an ordinance to tighten restrictions on unregulated gambling machines found in convenience stores and gas stations.

The move comes after complaints from business owners in northeast Kansas City who say the machines lead to crime in their neighborhoods.
