LUBBOCK, Texas — An employee at a convenience store in the 4400 block of 34th Street was shot and injured early Sunday morning, the Lubbock Police Department confirmed to EverythingLubbock.com.
LPD said officers responded to shots fired at 5:08 a.m. on Sunday.
Police found Roxanna Orozco, 41, was found with multiple gunshot wounds to her legs. She was taken to University Medical Center by EMS with moderate injuries.

LPD said Orozco was working outside when a male driver and female passenger pulled up to the store. Police said the female got out of the vehicle and asked about using the bathroom but was turned down. The female went back to the vehicle. LPD said a verbal altercation ensued between Orozco and the driver of the vehicle. Orozco then was shot three times in her legs as she tried to go back in the store…
