The City of Tulsa will host a community town hall to discuss redevelopment plans for the former Vista Shadow Mountain Apartments.
The event is scheduled for Monday, Nov. 3, at 6:30 p.m. in the Union High School Grand Hall, 6636 S. Mingo Rd.

Vista Shadow Mountain was one of Tulsa’s largest apartment complexes and was vacated several years ago due to extensive code and fire safety violations. Since then, the property has stood empty.
