Detectives from the Montgomery County Department of Police – Special Victims Investigations Division are asking for the public’s assistance in locating Chelsea Cubias Garcia, a missing 15-year-old from Silver Spring.
Garcia was last seen on Friday, October 31, 2025, at approximately 6:40 a.m., in the 400 block of Southampton Drive in Silver Spring. She is 5-feet, 1-inch tall, 120 lbs., with shoulder-length black hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, black leggings and gray sneakers.
