The city of Woodburn is hosting a “Stories of Woodburn” open mic event from 5-7 p.m. Friday, Nov. 14, at the Bungalow Theatre, 455 N. Front St., where residents can come and share tales of the town.
“This open mic-style event invites people of all ages to share personal stories, family traditions and cultural memories that reflect the rich history and spirit of Woodburn,” the city said in a statement. “Whether you have a tale passed down through generations or a poem about what it means to belong here, we welcome your voice. Come to listen, share and celebrate the diverse voices that make Woodburn home.”…
