BAKERSFIELD, Calif. (KGET) — A man was arrested and another was killed in an early morning shooting in east Bakersfield on Thursday.
Oscar Ismael Silva, 30, of Bakersfield was shot and killed in the 900 block of Tangerine Street around 1:24 a.m., on Oct. 30.

The suspect in the case was identified as Cezar Campos Torres, 29. He was arrested on suspicion of murder, obstructing arrest and resisting arrest, officials said.
