CLEVELAND, Ohio — Three members of a violent street gang that prosecutors say operated like the Mafia are accused of tying up a woman and shooting her 19 times before leaving her dead body in a car on a desolate road just outside downtown Cleveland.
Fully Blooded Felons leader Raven Mullins and two others kidnapped Raegan Howze-Thornton and fatally shot her execution-style on July 28, 2022, on West 3rd Street and Quigley Road, a few streets over from the upscale Tremont neighborhood, according to prosecutors.
