LEXINGTON, Ky. (FOX 56) — Colder temperatures are on the way, and starting Monday, households can apply for the Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program, also known as LIHEAP.
The LIHEAP fall subsidy provides financial assistance to Kentucky households that are struggling with high heating expenses.
This program can be used to pay for electric, natural gas, propane, coal, wood, or fuel oil.
