Case dismissed: Fox killing allowed on Dauphin Island

DAUPHIN ISLAND, Ala. (WKRG) — A Mobile County judge has dismissed a case involving foxes on Dauphin Island.

The dismissal of the case allows foxes to be killed in order to protect endangered wildlife.
