Second Harvest begins mass food distributions as part of emergency plan

BRISTOL, Tenn. (WJHL) – Second Harvest Food Bank of Northeast Tennessee served over 1,000 families Monday in their first mass food distribution of the week.

Friday, the nonprofit announced it would be distributing food boxes as part of its emergency plan to combat the lapse of SNAP benefits.
