The Tennessee Department of Human Services is warning about scammers who call and ask for your EBT PIN for SNAP or Families First (TANF). Some criminals pretend to be TDHS by phone, text, or e-mail to gain personal information and steal customer benefits. DO NOT share your personal information! If you are unsure if a call, text, or e-mail is from TDHS, do not respond. Instead, review your case on the One DHS Customer Portal or check your transaction history using the ebtEDGE Cardholder Portal or ebtEDGE Mobile App. You can use ebtEDGE tools to freeze your account anytime you suspect suspicious activity.
