40+ animals seized from Central Falls building connected to woman’s death

CENTRAL FALLS, R.I. (WPRI) — More than three dozen animals were removed from an apartment building connected to the suspicious death of a woman in Central Falls.

Staff members with the Rhode Island Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (RISPCA) responded to 382 Central St. on Monday.

Six dogs and 34 cats were found inside, which are now being brought to the RISPCA facility in East Providence…
